Cazeaux de Larboust is a small village perched at an altitude of 1000 metres in the Pyrenees. The village, which is close to the spa town of Luchon and the ski resort of Peyragudes, is renowned for the beauty of its houses and the quality of the meadows that surround it.
For as long as I can remember, the inhabitants, known as the ‘Batchalets’, have had a reputation for being tough and hard-working. But over the centuries, they have perpetuated their love of animals and the tradition of livestock farming.
We carry on the age-old tradition of breeding Alpine goats. Our farm produces high-quality milk, processed on site into traditional cheeses. Authentic know-how, rooted in a love of animals and mountains.
