Description

The hotel, located in Bagnères-de-Luchon, is close to the town centre and the main Pyrenean passes, offering easy access to the region’s tourist attractions.

      Personnel irrespectueux. Le gérant nous hurle dessus au téléphone quand on essaie de proposer une solution suite à une annulation contrainte en raison d'une panne sur le réseau SNCF. L'argent est débité le jour même après plusieurs tentatives de les contacter au téléphone, sans succès.

      A deux pas du centre-ville de Bagnères de Luchon, ce charmant hôtel propose des chambres à la décoration soignée, très propres et offrant une vue magnifique sur les montagnes environnantes. L'accueil y est chaleureux et très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieusement garni tant en sucré qu'en salé avec une majorité de produits faits maison. Une adresse à retenir

      L’hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied de la rue principale, ce qui est bien. L’accueil est très sympa et le petit déjeuner bien, sans trop en faire . Nous avons été un peu déçu par notre chambre , qui était très petite, et la vue sur la montagne gâché par la terrasse… si vous ouvrez la fenêtre, vous aviez la terrasse ouverte au public.. nous sommes arrivés avec casques et blousons de motos et pas grand chose pour les poser.. La porte de la douche fuyait … bref pour presque 100€ sans petit déjeuner, nous n’avons pas fait pas le bon rapport qualité prix. L’hôtel en lui même est très mignon… Nous avons prévu de partager notre avis avec la jeune fille en partant mais nous ne l’avons pas vu en partant …
