Halfway between the ski resort of Peyragudes and the spa town of Bagnères-de-Luchon (7km), this village house is the starting point for hikers and cyclists in summer and skiers in winter; close by is a leisure centre with tennis court, multi-sports pitch and table tennis table, play area for young children and petanque area.

This gîte, located above a large family home, comprises a large living room with dining area and kitchenette, and bedrooms on the 2nd floor. There is a small south-facing garden on the opposite side of the street, with a terrace and mobile barbecue. Parking nearby in the village square. The owners’ house is attached to the gite but completely independent (entrance, building, etc.).

Ground floor: entrance with cupboard. First floor: living room with wood-burning stove, open-plan kitchen, dining area, utility room, separate WC and shower room. Second floor: 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90cm), a second bedroom (1 double bed 160cm), adjoining dressing room, shower room, separate WC. Electric heating.
