Ferme de Peyrehitte is a farm located in Gouaux-de-Luchon, in the Luchon valley. It is run by Camille and Valentin, who raise black Gascon pigs, lambs and honey. Their farming practices favour respect for the environment and animal welfare.
Products on offer
Gascony black pig: Raised in the open air, this pig is renowned for the quality of its meat. The farm offers boxes of meat (around 5 kg) in a variety of cuts, at €20 per kilo. Cutlets are also available individually or in batches.
Lamb: The lambs are reared in a natural environment at Artigue. The farm offers parcels of lamb meat (1/4 front or back, 1/2 or whole) from €17 per kilo.
Honey: Produced from beehives in Artigue, Sode and Signac, the honey is sold direct at the Luchon market.
Direct sales
Camille and Valentin sell their products directly at the Luchon market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings, under a yellow parasol. They also offer home delivery services in the surrounding area, including Luchon, Cierp-Gaud, Labroquère, Saint-Gaudens and Toulouse.
