LA FERME DE PEYREHITTE

Ferme de Peyrehitte is a farm located in Artigue, in the Luchon valley. It is run by Camille and Valentin, who raise black Gascon pigs and lambs. Their farming practices prioritise respect for the environment and animal welfare.

Products on offer:
Gascony black pig: Raised in the open air, this pig is renowned for the quality of its meat. The farm offers boxes of meat (around 5 kg) in a variety of cuts, at €22 per kilo.
Lamb: The lambs are reared in a natural environment at Artigue. The farm offers parcels of lamb meat (1/4 front or back, 1/2 or whole) from €17 per kilo.

Direct sales. :
Camille and Valentin sell their products directly at the Luchon market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.
