LES PIEDS DANS LES ORTIES

My gardens are located at an altitude of 1100m in the Oueil valley. I work from seed to finished product by hand in my mountain garden. I also pick my own wild herbs in the same unspoilt valley.
My syrups are made from wild plants or plants grown in my gardens, and with sugar and lemon juice from organic farming.
My herbal teas are made from flowers and leaves, both cultivated and wild; picked, sorted and processed by hand. They are gently dried in my drying room at a low temperature to preserve all the flavours and properties of the plants.
