Description

So, I chose to work with cocoa beans of fine, aromatic varieties from different terroirs in Venezuela, the original cocoa-growing region.
It is with respect for the cocoa-growers of these terroirs and their know-how that I have chosen to work with the stone grindstone, so as to be able to concentrate on the cocoa beans.
It is out of respect for the cocoa farmers of these lands and their know-how that I have chosen to work with a stone millstone, in order to be as faithful as possible to the taste of these beans – the food of the Gods – and to offer my own interpretation of it, thus restoring all its nobility to this material.

Cocoa beans are the food of the Gods.
