Stay programme:
DAY 1 – Friday: Arrival and discovery:
From 5pm, Marie will welcome you to the gîtes to show you around this warm and comfortable place. Over a welcome drink, you will get to know the other participants and the support team.

– Convivial dinner where everyone brings a speciality to share (Spanish inn).
DAY 2 – Saturday: Snowshoe hike and yoga:
After a healthy and energising breakfast, we’ll set off on a snowshoe hike in the mountains. This itinerary
will take us to an exceptional panorama.

* Height difference: +400m / -400m
-Picnic break in the countryside.
-Return to the gîtes around 3pm and free time (sauna offered to participants, free time to relax). Additional services can be booked on request (massage, nutritional assessment).

-Interactive workshop: “Demystifying preconceived ideas about nutrition”.
-Gourmet dinner and social evening.
DAY 3 – Sunday: Snowshoe hike and rejuvenation:
The day will begin with a morning yoga session on an empty stomach, ideal for gently waking up the body and mind.

-Revitalising breakfast
-A rejuvenating snowshoe hike
-Difference in altitude: +200m / -200m.
-Return to the gîtes around 12:30 pm
-A convivial meal at the gîtes
