Situated at an altitude of 1340 m and with a population of 60, Gouaux de Larboust is an authentic mountain village with typical, traditional houses made of stone, wood and slate roofs. Only 2 km from the heart of the village is the Peyragudes ski resort on the Agudes slope (altitude 1600m / 2300m). Agudes village, in the Gouaux de Larboust district, has a capacity of 1,200 beds at the foot of the slopes, divided between tourist residences, standard beds and a hotel. Its modern architecture is perfectly integrated into the site.
