Mont Né is an accessible summit from which to admire the peaks of the Hautes-Pyrénées. You can see the Pic du Midi de Bigorre, the 3000m peaks of the Luchonnais, the Aneto and the peaks of the Ariège! All this with just 400 metres of ascent.
From the Port de Balès, take the path 50 m ahead that will take you to the Port de Pierrefitte, then the path climbs up on your right.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Massif du Montious reserve.
Le Petit Refuge propose de juin à septembre une petite halte à 1755m d’altitude au Port de Balès en plein-air.
Un restauration issue de la viande des éleveurs, des produits locaux et estivaux que vous pourrez déguster sur place ou à emporter… et ceci toujours dans la joie et la bonne humeur.
