The finish of the legendary Pau → Luchon-Superbagnères stage of the Tour de France awaits you in an exceptional setting, at La Plete restaurant, perched at the summit of this emblematic resort in the Hautes-Pyrénées.
Imagine watching the riders arrive after their legendary ascent to Superbagnères, while enjoying a gourmet meal in a friendly, festive atmosphere. Restaurant La Plete is offering a complete VIP package for €200 per person, including a sparkling welcome aperitif, a refined menu specially designed for the event, and live coverage of the stage on the big screen.
The chef invites you to discover a culinary journey as exhilarating as the race itself. Start with a welcome cocktail accompanied by sparkling creations from the spritz bar, then indulge in a selection of colourful tapas and pinchos. The highlight? A tuna steak served with revered black rice and pistachios from the Luchon region – “the dish that makes you go wow! The local speciality, the Luchonnaise pistachio, naturally takes pride of place, before finishing in style with a gourmet pavlova with fresh fruit.
The meeting point is at the foot of the Luchon cable car at 9.30am, for a day that will last until 11pm with the return journey by cable car.
