The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The bathroom is equipped with an Italian-style shower, a large washbasin with storage, a wall-hung WC and a heated towel rail.
You can also enjoy the use of the shower and washbasin.
You can take advantage of the private terrace area with garden table and chairs. You can also take advantage of the large 500m² garden planted with trees.
In the utility room, there are two bedrooms.
In a laundry room, adjoining the flat, there is space to safely store outdoor leisure equipment such as bikes, fishing rods, and even sledges and skis. There is also a washing machine available.
As for linen, we can provide bed linen, towels, a shower mat and some tea towels for a flat fee of €30.
The accommodation is equipped with WiFi (fibre).
Tenants have access to the flat, the premises and the entire garden.
Arrivals are possible from 4pm and departures until 10am maximum.
It will not be possible to come and stay in the apartment.
It will not be possible to come and stay with your pet.
Renters must leave the flat in the same condition as they found it. Hoover, broom and cleaning products are available.
