Character house dating from 1876 renovated to a 3-room level (living room and two bedrooms) with small private garden, quiet south-facing position. The 1st bedroom( 28m2) has a double aspect: to the east is a good-sized balcony with access via French doors and a single opening to the south. The second bedroom (15 m2) is south-facing and has been individually decorated with stylish furniture combining comfort and tradition. It sleeps 5.
The accommodation
This dwelling is as close as possible to its original authenticity, the walls are trowelled, imperfections have remained in compliance with modern standards of comfort and safety. Wifi is installed with the Free network.

As I explained, the stairwell serves the whole house, only one room on the ground floor is closed as it has not been renovated.

Sheets and towels are optional on a weekly basis (extra charge of €10 per module) but can be offered on a fortnightly basis or more.
The bed linen is provided by the owner.
