This large 650m² house is laid out over 3 levels: the ground floor houses the professional kitchen, the large 60m² dining room and the living room (with fireplace), while the first and second floors distribute :

Barbecue area and brazier in the garden. Terrace at the foot of the mountain, unfenced garden, outdoor games, 2 table tennis tables, 2 petanque areas, car park. The gîte sits on 4 hectares of flat land, on the edge of the D125, which runs alongside the River Pique and leads to the Superbagnères ski resort.
