There are 5 spacious, bright rooms spread over 2 floors, each equipped with a double bed (160 cm), carefully selected bedding and a private TV.
The bathroom has a bathtub, and there are 2 shower rooms with showers and WCs. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a convivial dining area next to the fireplace, and a large living room of almost 100 m² with a second dining area, a library and a relaxation area ideal for getting together with family or friends.
A washing machine is available for added convenience.
There is also a terrace with an enclosed, shady garden for relaxing outdoors.
The villa is spread over 3 levels (raised ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors), without a lift.
Private parking with an enclosed garage is available at no extra charge.
