This 140 m² duplex flat, located on the 2nd floor of a detached house in the heart of Luchon, sleeps 12 people. It has 3 bedrooms in the attic. There are three bathrooms with WCs. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The accommodation also has a 35 m² terrace and a shared enclosed garden. Enclosed private parking is available (at no extra charge), as well as a shelter for motorbikes, bicycles and ski equipment.

Description

This completely renovated 140 m² duplex flat sleeps up to 12 people. It is ideally located on the 2nd floor of a detached house in the heart of Luchon, close to Avenue d’Etigny (3 minutes’ walk), Lake Badech and its cycle path (5 minutes), and two supermarkets.

There are 3 bedrooms in the attic: one with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed, and two double bedrooms with 1 pull-out bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. All bedrooms have storage space.
There are 3 bathrooms with WC.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and raclette machine, ideal for preparing your meals. A large, warm and spacious 40 m² lounge is equipped with TV, speakers and games. Internet/WiFi included.

There is a shared area with an enclosed garden and a 35 m² terrace with a large table and barbecue for relaxing outdoors.
Enclosed private parking is available (at no extra charge), as is a shed for motorbikes, bicycles and ski equipment for extra storage.

The south-facing terrace offers uninterrupted views of the Venasque.

Everything is provided for families: cot, baby cutlery, high chair, some games, books and sledges (on request).

Options available: hire of sheets and towels on request, as well as cleaning services. Weekly rentals only during the February and March ski holidays.
