For an unforgettable holiday with family or friends, our Chalet Manica, classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home (****), offers you a beautiful 70 m² living space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying convivial moments.
A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, including dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, raclette and fondue appliances, electric vegetable grater, wine cellar and sommelier set. Enjoy cosy evenings around the STUV fireplace with removable double walls.
The chalet has 4 bedrooms sleeping a total of 10, including 3 on the ground floor (2 bedrooms with a double bed (140cm) and one with 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90cm)).
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a double bed (160cm). For families with babies, we have a baby kit available, including a cot, playpen, high chair, pushchair, baby bath and toilet reducer, as well as baby and children’s games.
Enjoy a large mezzanine equipped with 2 sofas and a Samsung television with Canal Sat subscription.
There are 2 shower rooms, one on the first floor adjoining the master bedroom, the second on the ground floor.
One shower room has a toilet and 2 separate WCs.
There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying rack on the ground floor.
Upstairs, a large 30 m² south-facing terrace offers uninterrupted mountain views. The chalet is surrounded by a 700 m² garden (fenced but not gated).
There is private parking and a carport. Gas heating and radiators provide comfort on both levels of the chalet.
Guest access: You will have access to the entire chalet, with the exception of the garage.
