This brand-new 120 m² chalet sleeps up to 6 people. It is ideally located in Cier-de-Luchon, 10 minutes from Bagnères de Luchon, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.
The accommodation comprises 1 comfortable bedroom on the ground floor and 1 open-plan mezzanine sleeping 4. All tastefully decorated and equipped with cotton percale bed linen embroidered with the effigy of L’Arapadou. Each sleeping area has its own television.
The accommodation includes a modern bathroom on the ground floor with walk-in shower. Separate WC.
There is a fully-equipped kitchen with bean-to-cup coffee machine and Nespresso machine, ideal for preparing meals. The adjacent dining room offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The main room has a 75-inch TV with sound bar, a Google Home connected speaker (with screen) and a Netflix subscription included. There are plenty of board games for all ages with a dedicated children’s area.
Washing machine, tumble dryer and central vacuum cleaner are also available.
You can enjoy an 80 m² terrace with pergola and garden furniture (west terrace), as well as a private 5-seater jacuzzi facing the Pyrenees (south terrace) and a brazier for your cocooning evenings. A wine cellar with wines and champagnes is at your disposal.
A car park and a room for storing your skis and drying your boots are also available.

In winter, the resort of Superbagnères can be reached in 8 minutes by the new cable car from Bagnères de Luchon. Hiking trails can be accessed directly from the chalet to explore the natural landscapes of the Pyrenees. The chalet is also ideally situated for mountain biking, rafting, canyoning, paragliding and sightseeing (St Bertrand de Comminges…).
Everything is provided for families: cot, high chair, baby bath, adapted crockery and cutlery and free accommodation for an additional young child.
Towels provided (2 per person). Bathrobes and slippers provided if jacuzzi option.
