This gîte will be the starting point for numerous walks in the Luchon mountains (especially the Lac d’Oô and the Pic de Perdiguères). You will be 10km from Bagnères-de-Luchon (skiing, thermal baths, fishing, canoeing, horse-riding, golf and shops) and 6km from the Peyragudes ski resort, as well as being at the gateway to Spain. Set in unspoilt surroundings, you can enjoy the peace and fresh air on the shared terrace and in the garden (garden furniture). Adjoining the owners’ house.

First-floor gîte above the owners’ house: separate entrance, living room with balcony for meals and relaxation, kitchen, 4 bedrooms: 2 with 1 double bed (140x190cm) and 2 with 1 single bed (90x190cm), bathroom, WC. Electric heating.
