Set in the heart of a Pyrenean village, this stone and slate barn has been completely renovated and is detached from the rest of the property, making it an ideal location for your mountain holidays. It has everything you need to make the most of mountain activities, including the Peyragudes and Superbagnères ski resorts (7km), numerous walks from the gîte (Lac d’Oô 5km away), mountain biking, cycling (Col de Peyresourde), fishing, white water sports, accrobranche (tree climbing) and rock climbing, as well as lounging on the large south-facing terrace and garden.
The gîte is close to the town of Luchon (6km), where you can take advantage of the thermal baths and shops, and travel to Spain (30 mins) or Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges to visit the cathedral. You can also go to the Louron valley (20 mins) and enjoy the Balnéa spa and leisure centre and the many activities around the lake (accrobranche and children’s activity park, Ludeo water park, paragliding, etc.).
Ground floor: living room with lounge and fitted kitchen, utility room and WC with washbasin. Upstairs: shower room, WC, 2 large bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) and (3 single beds 90cm, 2 of which can be twinned).
Electric heating in addition to the stove. Baby equipment on request (cot, bath, high chair). Large garage. Pets not allowed. No smoking.
