Situated on the Spanish border, in the heart of the Pyrenees, Luchon offers an exceptional environment and climate that are a welcome break from the allergenic and polluting aspects of everyday life. Luchon has inexhaustible thermal water resources, making it one of France’s leading spas for the respiratory tract and rheumatology.

The Luchon thermal baths, with their rich heritage, got a fresh start in 2023. While the facades of the historic buildings were left untouched, the renovation work focused on restructuring the interior spaces to provide a more efficient and harmonious treatment pathway.
Spa visitors can now enjoy their treatments in brighter, more modern and more comfortable spaces, thanks to the renovation of the treatment rooms and their equipment.

The Thermes de Luchon specifically treat :
– osteoarthritis, lumbago and sciatica, the after-effects of surgery (hip, spinal column), inflammatory rheumatism and algodystrophy (for everything to do with rheumatology)
– recurrent respiratory tract infections (rhinitis, rhinopharyngitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, laryngitis), asthma, bronchitis (for everything relating to ENT, but also ear pathologies).

The Luchon spa also offers 5-day freedom cures (respiratory tract and rheumatology), children’s cures (ENT – respiratory tract), a specific Fibromyalgia programme and complementary activities.

      Globalement déçu malgré les très nombreuses activités qui ont été rajoutées en 2024. Le principal défaut étant globalement une température trop faible partout. Dans les bains, dans les saunas, et même dans la grotte Vaporarium. Nous avons utilisé cet espace plusieurs fois avant la modification du complexe et nous trouvons maintenant la température plus basse. Pourquoi? Lien avec les gros travaux du centre? D’autre part, il n’y a plus l’espace détente sous la grande coupole face aux immenses baies vitrées. Remarquez il y fait tellement froid qu’on ne pourrait pas y rester. À noter qu’avant on nous fournissait des peignoirs… c’est fini. Bien prévoir deux serviettes.

      Bon moment de détente dans un environnement agréable. Dommage que le compte à rebours commence dans le vestiaire alors que la borne de pointage est disponible à l’entrée de l’espace aquatique

      Les bains ont été entièrement rénovés. Le défaut majeur c'est que les bains sont sur 3 niveaux . on monte et descend beaucoup . les bassins sont très chauds et lorsque l'on sort il fait très froid . il faudrait des peignoirs . Pensez à prendre au moins 2 grandes serviettes ou un peignoir bien chaud . le vaporarium est très bien .

      Expérience catastrophique l’année dernière c’est pas mieux cette année Une organisation catastrophique une seule personne pr achat des billets 40min d’attente une personne qui explique comment badger ces bracelets d’accès! Une personne pr orienter vers les cabines! Douches sales toilettes j’en parle pas Bref si vous avez un véhicule partez balnéa a Loudenvieille
