France’s first outdoor winter festival dedicated to paragliding, skiing and ski touring!
Tests of ski and ski touring equipment and loan of paragliding equipment for test flights.
Open to pilots, skiers, hikers, enthusiasts and the simply curious.
TESTIVAL ALPINE SKIING, SKI TOURING & SNOWBOARDING :
– Thursday & Friday – 9am to 3pm – Superbagnères: Ski manufacturers’ stands in front of the ticket office & free trials of alpine & cross-country skis in the ski area and on the cross-country ski trails (lift pass to be purchased on site).
– Thursday at 6pm – Superbagnères: Friendly ski touring competition (registration €5 to be paid on site) with a prize-giving ceremony & snack followed by a torchlight descent and fireworks.
– Wednesday to Saturday – 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. – Casino de Luchon, salle Verrière: Trade fair: meetings with mountain professionals, the Bureau des Guides de Luchon, local service providers, mountain guides, the ESF de Superbagnères, the PGHM (free admission).
PARAGLIDING FESTIVAL :
– Wednesday to Saturday – 5pm to 9pm – Casino de Luchon, salle Verrière: Trade fair: meetings with paragliding manufacturers, shops, paragliding schools, clubs (free admission)
– Wednesday to Friday – 9am to 5pm – Superbagnères: Free trials of paragliding equipment (equipment loaned the day before at the trade show for test flights the following day at Superbagnères – lift pass to be purchased on site).

6pm: round table “The challenges of women’s mountain sports” co-chaired by Charlotte Roura, Roxanne Laval – president of the Pyr’elles association -, Lola Niccolai – representative of the FFVL women’s commission.
7pm: Conference on “Mental preparation for high-risk activities” by Charlotte Roura

8.30pm: Screening of films awarded at the Icare 2025 Festival

5pm: Lecture by Jean-Jacques Doucet “How our brain manages risk”.
6.30pm: Conference on the concepts and uses of harnesses/cocoons by Eric Roussel (Designer Neo) and Marc Boyer (test pilot)
8.00 pm: aperitif hosted by Neo Gin Skywalk
8.30pm: Screening of the film “ALPS”, the crossing of the Alps from Annecy to Innsbruck in bivouac flight with Tim Alongi and Clement Cruciani. Film Neo “Performance Project
– Friday 13 February – Casino de Luchon, free admission:
6pm: “Mountain evening” with the Bureau des Guides de Luchon, film on the profession of guide in the Pyrenees & presentation by the Pghm de Luchon on mountain rescue and recommendations.
7pm: talk by Pierre René, glaciologist, on the glaciers of the Pyrenees
8pm: aperitif offered
8.30pm: Screening of the film “28.77” by Valentin Cazaux, about discovering the Pyrenees and the crazy idea of skiing the 4 faces of the famous Pic du Midi de Bigorre.
Saturday 14 February – Casino de Luchon
7pm: Complimentary aperitif
8pm: meal with all participants, exhibitors and volunteers. Registration the day before at the Casino reception desk (€15/person).
9pm: Screening of films awarded at the Icare 2025 Festival
