It’s a bit like trying to assemble an IKEA piece of furniture without the instructions, but in front of 50 people waiting for you to catch the table leg in your eye.
The principle is simple: you give them themes, anything, even your most twisted ideas, and they have to turn it into something brilliant in under three seconds. It’s the only job in the world where the more psychopathic you look, the more people applaud.
Be prepared: it’s going to be fast, it’s going to be unexpected, and it’s likely to be more honest than a politician’s speech at election time.
