Saturday 18 from 9am to 5pm:
– Private apple pressing: the Salvaterra association presses your apples with its mobile press. Registration required: 06 77 57 29 09. Prices: €1.60 per litre of pasteurised juice (bottle and cap included) / €1.10 per litre of pasteurised juice for those who bring their own bottles (cap included).
– Apple pressing for private individuals: the Salvaterra association will press your apples with its mobile press.
10am to 5pm: walk organised by the foyers ruraux, bring your picnic. Meet in front of the salle des fêtes in Sauveterre-de-Comminges.
Sunday 19 from 9am to 6pm:
– Pressée de pommes: the Salvaterra association presses apples all day and sells fresh pasteurised apple juice at €3.50 a litre to benefit the association.
– Gourmet market featuring local producers and artisans.
– Exhibition of old apples by “Les vergers retrouvés du Comminges”.
– Activities: hat-making workshop, candy-making workshop, bread-making workshop, axe-trimming workshop

– At 11am: official opening of the 26th Apple Festival accompanied by the Rural Jazz Band.
