Terroir/Honey producers.
Throughout the seasons, different honeys are offered, according to the natural blooms of the region: Spring honey: dandelion, wild cherry, maple; Linden honey; Acacia honey; Chestnut honey; Pyrenean wildflower honey.
All honeys are harvested using traditional methods, with respect for bees and their environment.

Les Abeilles du Moulin, a partner of the Jardins de Cocagne du Comminges, has around ten apiaries spread across Comminges and the surrounding area. The honey house is set up directly on the site of the Gardens, close to the market garden crops.
Les Abeilles du Moulin honey is packaged in jars of : 1 kg, 500 g, 250 g and 125 g
