This 2-day course is aimed at intermediate level runners who want to improve their technique, gain a better understanding of their body and their environment, and enjoy a meaningful sporting experience. In the heart of an unspoilt natural setting, you’ll take to the trails every day for supervised outings that combine altitude differences, technical skills and fun. You’ll be accompanied by a multi-disciplinary team as you tackle the main pillars of trail running: runner physiology, effort management, sports nutrition, mental preparation and an environmental approach to trail running. This course is open to anyone capable of running and walking 4 to 5 hours a day in the mountains with a positive altitude difference of 1200 to 1500 metres. Accommodation in a comfortable place conducive to recovery.
