MAIRIE

The charming little village of Ore is located in the Frontignes region. It has a remarkable natural heritage with its holm oak forest. It is nestled around a beautiful church whose unique feature, in addition to its rich interior decoration, is the Romanesque-style paintings on its exterior walls. A pretty old cemetery surrounds this little promontory from where you can enjoy an exceptional view over the Barousse valley and the Luchonnais peaks in the distance.
Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone: the “Val Garona” cycle path crosses the village, from where there are mountain bike and hiking trails, not forgetting its sun-drenched rock-climbing area with two sectors equipped for all levels.
