PL 11 – LES ROMANES

It’s quite a mountainous route, and you’ll be sweating the gradient. But it’s well worth the effort, as you’ll discover some pretty valleys and pass through some picturesque villages, including Cazarilh-Laspènes, the balcony of Luchon.

Description

The route is both physically and technically demanding on some of the descents. You’ll start with the hardest part, with a big climb to the Col de la Coume, the highest point of the route. You’ll follow this up with step-by-step descents until you return to Bagnères de Luchon.
