A sporty route passing through the splendid village of Saint-Bertrand de Comminges, then on to the Hautes-Pyrénées to reach the small town of Arreau, the starting point for the ascent of the 1st category Peyresourde pass (average % 6.8 – maximum % 11.3).
From Luchon station, turn right towards Cierp-Gaud. Then continue towards Saint-Bertrand de Comminges and Aventignan. Then head towards Hèches in the Hautes-Pyrénées and Arreau. Turn left to climb the Col de Peyresourde, then switch to Luchon.
