Nestling in the thousand-year-old village of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, between the Pyrenees and the Garonne, La Résidence is an old farmhouse that has been completely transformed into a positive energy building. Today, it’s a third place open to all those committed to the ecological, social and territorial transitions.
This hybrid space welcomes professionals, local authorities, associations, researchers and local residents to work, exchange ideas and experiment together on issues such as the food and energy transition, soft mobility and sustainable tourism. Because it’s often rural areas that come up with practical solutions to major global challenges.
The Résidence has a number of flexible workspaces, including a large seminar room, meeting and training rooms, shared offices and a coworking space. All in a calm, natural and stimulating environment, conducive to reflection and collaboration.
