Description

Located on the 2nd floor with lift, this flat, with free WiFi and sleeping up to 4 people, has:
a lovely, bright living room with a lounge area featuring a pull-out sofa bed (2 x 80×190 which can be reunited to form a 160×190 bed), a TV with DVD player, games console, Bluetooth mini hi-fi system, and a dining area with a dining table that can seat up to 4 guests.
– a fully-equipped kitchen area: fridge, 3-burner ceramic hob, microwave, mini-oven, pressure cooker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue machine, food processor.
– a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, hairdryer, washing machine with dryer.
– bedroom with double bed (140×190), storage cupboards, pull-out desk and fan.
– individual ski locker in shared room on the ground floor.
Household products and kitchen utensils are available. We would be grateful if you could replace anything you have finished. You will also find cleaning utensils (hoover, broom, Spanish broom, clotheshorse, etc.).
Connected lock access. The code is sent on the morning of arrival and is activated at 4pm on the day of arrival.
– Pets allowed on request (€20 supplement per stay).
– Non-smoking accommodation.
– Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included.
– Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, who must return the accommodation in the same condition as when they found it and ready for immediate re-rental.
The Garden Concierge takes care of the accommodation on our behalf.
They offer a range of à la carte services, details of which are given below:
– Cleaning at the end of your stay: €50.
– Bed linen hire: €10 per bed.
– Bathroom linen hire: €6 per person (one large towel and one small towel).
– Hire of childcare equipment (cot, booster seat): €4/day/unit.
