L’Oratorio “In the shadow of your eye”
An innovative musical work that reinterprets Plato’s myth of the cave through a contemporary and spiritual analysis. This oratorio denounces the malpractices of society and its manipulation, and leads to a profound reflection on the awakening of consciousness and the quest for truth in our time.
Accompanied by video mapping projections, this oratorio plunges spectators into an immersive experience in which music, voices and images blend to create a mystical and spiritual atmosphere. The musical pieces, performed by the musical ensemble and choir directed by Sylvia Cazeneuve, tell the story of the spiritual quest of the choreutes who gradually awaken from the shadows of the cave to find peace and freedom in the light of awakened consciousness.
