The Mourtis mountain resort is a great starting point for snowshoeing and discovering the mountain environment.

We soon found ourselves in the heart of the beech fir forest.
At a medium altitude (1400/1800 m), the terrain is gentle and the slopes are not too steep, making them ideal for exploring.
The forest that surrounds us is home to most of the forest species found in the Pyrenean mountains: foxes, deer, squirrels, martens, sometimes the emblematic isard, and it is even said that Môsieur l’Ours has been spotted here…
Snowshoe walks and hikes: At least one proposal per day, at weekends and during school holidays. Themed walks on offer when there is no snow.
